We are looking for an experienced IT Manager-Networking and Infrastructure who can design, implement, manage, and support IT networking solutions for our growing infrastructure company. This is a leadership role requiring expertise in networking, firewalls, servers, IT security, and infrastructure management.
The role involves supporting client IT infrastructure both remotely and onsite to ensure smooth operations. As our company expands, the selected candidate will be responsible for IT solutions, strategy, and team management.
Role :
IT Manager-Networking and Infrastructure
Key Responsibilities :

Network Design and Implementation - Architect and deploy L1, L2, and 13 networks, VLANS, BGP, and EIGRP

Firewall and Security Management Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, and other firewalls
-
Routing and Switching-Setup and maintain routers, switches, access points, and load balancers
-
Server and Data Center Management-Configure and manage Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, and cloud solutions

Client IT Support - Provide technical support for client IT infrastructure both remotely and onsite

Team Leadership-Lead and mentor IT engineers, manage client projects, and oversee daily IT operations

IT Troubleshooting and Support-Identify and resolve network, security, and server issues proactively

IT Compliance and Documentation - Maintain network documentation, security policies, and compliance standards
Requirements :
-
Five or more years of experience in IT networking, infrastructure, and team leadership

Expertise in Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Mikrotik, and other networking brands

Strong knowledge of switches, routers, VLANS, BGP, EIGRP, IP addressing, firewalls, and access points

Hands-on experience in Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, virtualization, and data centers

Ability to design IT solutions, troubleshoot networking issues, and manage end-to-end deployments.

Experience in providing remote and onsite IT support for client infrastructure

Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
